These programs are designed to support people in maintaining their independence and enhancing their quality of life, particularly the elderly, disabled, and chronically ill. Home care services may be provided by trained nurses, home health aides, or other licensed medical experts, depending on the individual's particular needs. I carried out the poll to gauge how well the website was used by the intended audience. I tried to link elderly persons who needed nurses for self-care while also gathering data from those who had used the homecare service.

The purpose of this survey is to gather information from users about how they use the website and to ask some questions that will assist me identify the website's true target audience. Which facilities must offer a website in the future? We must concentrate on many types of criteria because competitors offer a variety of services. The information aids in my comprehension of the actual demand and the types of website updates I need to make. The data help me understand how to improve my user experience and features by demonstrating to me what the consumer needs in terms of facilities and necessities.

Which facilities may soon need to have websites? Because rivals provide a range of services, we must focus on a wide range of characteristics. My understanding of the real requirement and the kinds of website modifications I need to make is aided by the information. The data show me what the consumer need in terms of facilities and necessities, which helps me better understand how to improve my user experience and features. For users, the standard of care is crucial. In order to understand the needs of the user and how to draw more visitors to the website, we therefore need to engage highly qualified nurses. According to the research, the website's user flow and structure are simple to comprehend when compared to others, but users said that it was the same as other websites in the fourth quarter, so we need to make some minor updates and add some new features that will help us increase demand in the market. Data indicates that users may quickly find contact information on websites at any time.
Analyzing the data: What I found
Result 1
I compared two different website, and I realized that the target user is different for both website and the user experience is based on their target user.
In CenterWell, The target is old age people only but some services are also help to adult people. So, Centerwell have all age group target So, the user experience shows the different on their site.
Result 2
By analyzing the survey and interview, user needs daily activity services with homecare nursing service because sick people needs helps in all type of work.
As per survey, 34 people conducted survey in which 33% people want to home cleaning service with their homecare service, 23.33% people want to service as per their age.
In the interview, “I used site for getting homecare service, but I need to find one another person to do clean my home, buy grocery and laundry. So, I think this website should provide facilities similar of that.”
Result 3
By analyzing the data, the user face issue to reach nurse contact because user need to wait the response back by call from the agency. This is hard to reach out the nurse.
In interview, “Sometime, I need to wait for getting response by call from the agency so, In some condition, I did not get the back response from the website on time. It made me worried about the registration as well as did not understand the next step.”
the user can reach by call for any inquiry of issues and registration for service whereas in Accentcare, user can use virtual chat box anytime and mostly solve their issue by this service.
Suggestions
Update image of homepage,
it helps to attract all type of age group and increase user of the website. Image helps to show goal of the website, it will be improving user experience of the website.
Add registration page,
CenterWell health needs to improve their registration system. Maybe they need add button of registration directly from website instead of provide call and email. User needs to wait to get response only for inquiry.
Nurse Availability
Updating image User need to enter Zip code and then get number for reach out nurse instead of website should provide update of nurse availability time.
Conclusion
As per the report, CenterWell Health needs to update the image because it helps to improve user experience and user can be able to understand the purpose of the website.
The improvement in registration which attract the target audience and increase the website users. CenterWell Health needs to focus on new features because it will be help to attract users and able to give competition in the market.
